Will 21 inch Tall Furrion RV Stove/Oven Fit in Place of 17 inch

Question:
I have a grand design trailer with a Furrion 17 oven/stovetop built in over a drawer. Is the 21 a slide in replacement, does the drawer come out. Is there another brand I could be looking at?

Hey Alan, the width is the same between the Furrion 21 and 17 inch RV stovetops so yes the part # FR97KR would replace what you have now and would slip right in. It's going to be taller but I am sure you know this already. When you say drawer do you mean like one of the oven rack grates coming out? If so, the answer to that is yes.

Hi! I had a Dometic 21" range that did not survive our Alaska trip. I did range shopping and decided that the "FR97KR Furrion Propane RV Range with Glass Cover - 3 Burners - 21" Tall - Stainless Steel - FFD" met my needs. I did have to add a shim ( 1/8" of oak) on one side since the install from the builder was too wide. I fished a 12v feed from my furnace to power the lights. Pretty much a "drop in place" replacement unit!
