Question:
I have a 2021 Jayco feather light 22rb camper and am in need of a handrail for both sides of the stairs. My husband had a stroke and is partially paralyzed on the right side. no functional use of right arm at this time Are there handrails for existing folddown solid stairs that can be added to both sides of the stairs or are there replacement folddown solid stairs with handrails on both sides? I was unable to locate either on your website. thank you

Hey Karen, you could have the MORryde Short Safe-T-Rail Telescoping RV Hand Rail - 34" Extension # MR54RV installed on either side of your doorway and you'd have a great set of hand rails for either side of the door that extend out 34 inches. Would this be something you'd be interested in or are you wanting to stick with something that mounts to the steps?

I looked at that one. I didn't think it would work because of the door opening out to the left as you exit the camper. As a reminder, we can get into the camper using the handrail on the left side of the door (facing the camper) Our issue is getting out of the camper. He needs something stable that will support the left side since we have not use of the right arm. Is there another option?
