Received fireplace in under a week. It was shipped from CA to MT. All arrived in perfect shape. An hour later, the fireplace was installed and working!
I could not track by email and order number for some reason, but I called the referenced number (on a Sunday) and was then able to follow the shipment.
I really like the fireplace. The only area that needs improvement is in the packaging. It was shipped in the original box and it arrived torn in two places. Luckily the fireplace was not damaged. Perhaps expensive and fragile items should be packed in another box like Amazon does
Huge disappointment. I spent $XXX.XX expecting a NEW fireplace to install in my Heartland Bighorn. Once my husband and I got home last night to unpackage the item the fireplace box inside the etrailer shipping box was damaged we were hoping that it was packaged well so the item itself wasn't damaged but unfortunately the frame was dented in the corner, it has a chip out on the side, and scratches all visible in the front of it. Once I called I explained I really didnt want to have to return because with the colder weather we are in, I didnt want to have to do without the extra boost to heat so she offered a $30 discount and I declined that considering that visible damage and the most she could do was $50, which is still not good enough. So I opted into just returning and send me a new one. Now I have to go through the inconvenience of waiting for the email of the prepaid return postage that I still havent recieved nor have I recieved an email of a new order being sent out of the order being processed. I'm just really disappointed and irritated of having to go through this expecting a Nice New fireplace and I get one that was damaged and now have to wait. It's very inconvenient and this experience will more than likely keep me from doing any business with them in the future.
Installed this in our camper. Installation was easy and it works great. Nice for taking the chill off in the mornings

Very helpful salesperson when ordering the fireplace and a quick delivery. Product was as advertised. The outside box was damaged on shipping but the good packing prevented damage to the fireplace.

This fireplace is working well after I had a fan motor replaced under warranty. etrailer handled the issue without any problems and forwarded the part free of charge. I received the part within a week and was back in service ASAP. [Thumbs up]
These RV electric heater / fireplaces are difficult to find. Our RV is 5 years old. This unit was an exact replacement in size. Although this model was the same manufacturer and size, there were a number of updates. This unit would not work with the older bracket. A new bracket was provided. No fault of etrailer, but one of those things to prepare for if you are considering replacing an older unit. The simulated fire is a better presentation over the older unit. Overall, competitive price, easy order process and timely shipping.
Looks great, puts out great heat. Perfect addition to the motorhome. Perfect mounting system for a RV.
I was very impressed with the ordering process and the follow up after I received my product. It was delivered when it was suppose to and doubled box to prevent product damage. I was given the agents phone number if I should have any questions. That's customer service which is hard to find these days.
Our original electric fireplace quit. This one was the replacement and was so easy to install.
This unit is not built with the quality of the one that originally came in the 5th wheeler.
1. The beep that indicates a change from the remote is really loud to the point it can be heard in another room 24’ away with the door closed.
2. The fan for the heated air has a louder than normal, high pitched drone that is a bit annoying when it is first turned on & noticeably gone when the heat is turned off.
3. The “flames” are unrealistically fast as the motor for the flame motion effect turns too fast, like “Crash Bandicoot” in a hurry to get somewhere.
It makes the overall fireplace effect less than realistic.
On the plus side, it does heat a 10’ x 27’ space in a short time. About 1.5° to 2° F per hour without the help of the propane gas heater. Knocks a chill off fairly quickly.
With the heater fan off, it gives the room a relaxing feel. Even more so after the flame effect can be slowed down.
The fireplace is beautiful was very easy to install.
I will recommend this company in the future.

This product was very easy to install, probably because we had everything prepped from out last heater. Thus far, I am very impressed. It is quiet, very warm in the ambiance category and nice to look at. The one thing I am not yet pleased with is the features on the heat settings. It states that it has 31 levels to change, but I have only been able to access 5. Am I missing something? The instructions are very vague on what the product actually does. The instructions need improvement. It will take some homework to figure this simple heater out, but I am working on it.
