Hello Mason, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Curt 3-Piece Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15511 will fit your 1990 Ford F-350 dually. It is confirmed to fit F-350 models of that generation and is adjustable to work with both 34" and 37-1/2" wide frames.
Regarding the “deep drop” question: this hitch is designed primarily for trucks with a deep drop bumper, but it can also be installed on models with a standard or step bumper.
This is a heavy-duty Class V hitch rated up to 16,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 2,400 lbs tongue weight when used with weight distribution, so it is a strong option for work or towing heavier equipment.
What kind of rear bumper do you have on your truck? What will you be using the hitch for?
