Is the mount reversible, to store under truck ?

Hey David! The TowSmart Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # TS89VR cannot be flipped around and stored under your truck. The back of the shank/mount sticks out so you wouldn't be able to mount the ball platform on the other side. See the attached picture.
For a ball mount that can be stored when not in use I recommend sticking with the B&W Tow & Stow. They don't have a 6" rise/drop model so you can choose between the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 7" Drop, 7-1/2" Rise # BWTS10040B and the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop, 5-1/2" Rise # BWTS10037B.
