Hello Shawn, thanks for reaching out. The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR2500D will fit the 2025 Ram 2500. Since you have a 4" lift you will need a few 1" spacers # A25723-90AH00 to compensate. These will not necessarily add any ride height when towing your 5th wheel, but they will prevent the truck from sagging as much, so it may ride slightly higher than it did before.
Keep in mind if spacers are used, you will need to source longer bolts locally.

I have a stock 2019 Ram 2500hd . I load right to the weight limit and I find the suspension enhancement works very well. The truck does not squat drives true at speed. I am happy with the product. It is maintenance free no airbags to worry about

I put the Timbren rear suspension kit on my 2022 Ram 2500 and loved it. It kept the rear from dropping with the weight of my fifth wheel which improved steering and greatly reduced wind sway while towing. It did not have any adverse effects when I wasn’t towing. It is important to note that the Timbren system does not in any way increase your towing or load carrying capacity- that is set by Ram, but the Timbren does improve the towing experience. My Ram was not lifted. I liked the Timbren enough that I also installed it on my 2024 Chevy 3500 with the Duramax and love them there as well. Easy install on both vehicles.
