Hello again Jared,
We didn't have that measurement listed anywhere, so I tool a stroll out to the warehouse. The spacing between the large holes on the Dexter Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T4079200 is 5". I attached an image for reference.
Still on the search for the right surge brake actuator? Is this going on a boat trailer, trying to get it done before nice weather?

Yes we had a Atwood 83010 before and it had 3 holes and from the front to the back of it was 6 inches so my dad will have ti drill out one of the holes for the 3rd hole
