I have a Global Direct GDC-80 brake actuator I need to replace. 2-5/16 inch ball, down tongue, 3 bolt bolt-on, 8,000 lb capacity, and 1,000 lb. tongue weight. 3 holes 3" spacing between them

We have the perfect replacement for your Global Direct GDC-80 brake actuator.

Since you mentioned "down tongue" I believe you were referring to having an actuator with drop. If you have disc brakes, the best option is the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Drop - Disc # DM8758811 and if you have drum brakes the best option is the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Drop - Drum # DM8759411. Both of these actuators have a 4" drop, are compatible with a 2-5/16" hitch ball, have an 8,000 lb capacity and 800 lb tongue weight capacity, and bolt onto 3" trailer tongues.

For a straight coupler without drop we have you covered there too. If you have disc brakes you need the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Disc # T4747200 and if you have drum brakes you need the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Drum # T4079200 is the best option for you. Like the aforementioned Demco, these Titan actuators are compatible with a 2-5/16" hitch ball, have an 8,000 lb capacity and 800 lb tongue weight capacity, and bolt onto 3" trailer tongues.

I went and measured the bolt hole spacing and both the Demco and Titan offer bolt holes that are 3" apart on center. The Demco only has two bolt holes while for the Titan you will need to use the first and third bolt holes (it has five in total) for the 3" on center spacing.
