Hey Ike! We don't have a hitch mounted option from Tie Down but you can use the etrailer Spare Tire Mount for Hitch # e98ZR. This fits a 2" receiver and is approved for a front hitch so it will be perfect for your 2021 Colorado. It also has a universal bolt pattern so you will be able to use it with your 18" wheel and tire.

I purchased this hitch to mount on the back of my class c RV. It works great. Some have mentioned the tire was close to the vehicle and rubbed against it. Not a problem for me. My only issue would be if I plan to tow my car. My RV spare would have to be in the car as I would need the receiver hitch for the trailer. This tire carrier should work fine in a front mount.
