Hey, Daniel.
We do have some hubs that have longer studs but they wouldn't be for your application. They are for much heavier axle trailers. For example hub part # DX78QR does use longer studs, which are sold separately under part # DX97XR, but this is for 15k axles.
Is there any reason why you need longer than the standard lugs on hub part # 8-173-16UC3?
And lastly yes, we so sell all kinds of brake lines is a wide variety of lengths. I've linked them below but if you know the length of lines you need I can find what you need for you.

Hey Daniel, did you get a chance to measure the brake line lengths you need for your setup? Once you have those, I can help narrow down the best options. Your update could make it easier for others working with the same Dexter hub.
