Looking for a flat tow options for my 2023 Jayco Precpet 31ul and either a 2023/2024 Chevy Equinox premium. Can you spec out what Ill need for flat towing? I currenty donet own the Equinox yet, but am interested in buying.

Hey Jim! I can definitely put that together for you. To flat tow a 2023/2024 Equinox you will need a tow bar, wiring, base plate kit, safety cables, and a brake system. I recommend the following:
-Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523193-5
-Roadmaster Falcon 3HD Tow Bar # RM27NQ
-Roadmaster 80" Hybrid Coiled-to-Straight Safety Cables # RM-674
-Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage Incandescent Tail Lights # RM26FR (LT and LS Models)
-Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM38FR (Premier and RS Models)
-Roadmaster Battery Disconnect # RM-766
-Curt RVi Series Shadow 2 Flat Tow Brake System # RVI94FR (includes charge line)
You may also need a high-low adapter like the etrailer High-Low Adjustable Adapter for Tow Bars # e52ZV to keep your setup level. I attached an article further down on this page which explains how to measure to see if it is necessary. All of these parts work with the 2023 as well as the 2024 models.
