Having Trouble Installing The Curt 13389 On My Town And Country

Question:
I have a 2005 TandC WITH Stow and Go Seats, this hitch hit the Leaf Spring Mounts and I spent 2 hours on this this evening with no luck so I gave up.

Hey Donald,
It is a weirdly positioned bracket and bolt hole on that vehicle and hitch # 13389. I have attached a video of us installing on that vehicle to show a better idea of how we got it into position. I will say it is not smooth like butter but I hope this video helps show a little bit better how the installation is supposed to go,
