These tie-downs bolt directly to the frame using pre-existing holes, so there’s little to no drilling and no need for cutting or modifications. The custom-fit design keeps the brackets tucked close to the frame with minimal loss of ground clearance. Because they mount to the frame—the strongest part of your truck—they provide a solid base for securing your camper while keeping the bed and bumper free from stress or distortion.
By anchoring to the frame instead of the bed, these tie-downs evenly distribute your camper’s weight and lower its center of gravity. That means less sway from crosswinds and a stable, predictable ride when cornering or braking. Your truck feels balanced, and your camper stays put even on long hauls or bumpy roads.
When you’re not carrying your camper, just pull the removable arms from their frame brackets. The low-profile design keeps everything nearly invisible beneath the vehicle, preserving your truck’s clean look without bulky hardware sticking out.

The tie-down assemblies are made from heavy-duty steel with a black powder coat finish that resists rust and corrosion. Whether you’re traveling through rain, snow, or road salt, the durable finish helps the tie-downs stay strong and looking good after years of use.
Each tie-down arm includes two pin holes so you can extend it as needed to clear fenders or sidewalls. Two anchor holes on the attachment plate let you find the best angle for your turnbuckles (sold separately), giving you a solid, snug connection that holds your camper steady from multiple directions.

Everything worked just like manual said except there was no need to adjust the exhause hanger at all on my truck. 2021 gmc 3500 denali srw. Also didnt see in instructions about removing the spare tire cable hook on drivers side and discard because the bracket on rear drivers side has the new hooking spot.
Tried to upload some photos to show but not sure they uploaded ok. Got errors while uploading. Thank you.
They work like a champ, and seem to hold my camper just right. My only reservation is they are not quite as convenient as my old tie downs. The new Chevy box, with the built in steps preclude using my old style, permanently attached tie downs. Big disappointment with Chevrolet, not torklift. Chevy also made removing tailgate and elect. connections much more difficult. So much for their "camper" package!
Installed them on my 2020 GMC Sierra 3500HD. Easy to install, function nicely and very well built.
Great kits and instructions made installation straightforward. Kits fit exactly as intended. Already used it to move my truck camper and while I'm a little mystified as to why there are two tie down points on each arm it seems solid.
These tie downs were purchased and installed by myself 1 year ago on my 2020 Duramax. They have seen heavy use over 1000,s of miles and have preformed flawlessly securing my 4000 lb camper along with Torklift tie downs shocks
The installation went well.
I have owned and been using truck campers for over 50 years and would not consider anything else besides Torklift tie down products
Arrived ahead of predicted time. Items exactly as described. Securely packaged. Products aligned closely with online descriptions and fitting as described by the informative videos.

They are standing up well to use, over 16k miles

Mine did not fit perfectly could be my truck attachment point were off a little, I just had to get larger beefier fender washers to compensate for the difference in the mounting points, all in all I am confident in their ability to keep my Bigfoot camper in place.

Same still mounted the same way put 10500 miles around Alaska and didn’t lose the camper I think I’m good
IMO Torklift is the best camper tie downs. Straight forward instructions plus there are videos on line to help with installing. Frame mounted tie downs most secure
Kit fit well. Installation was a little tricky. Looks very solid!

Still working great after one year. I do recommend pulling them off before unloading camper or the can catch on the front camper jack. Careful when storing as the powder coating chips easily. Best product on the market for sure. Cant beat attaches directly to the frame.
Parts fit really good. Only thing I was concerned about was the fabrication. Some welds had weld splatter and under cut. As pricey as these are my opinion is it should be tig welded and not mig welded. I repaired welds I was concerned with. Overall instructions were great and I was pleased with the design. I would buy again and recommend them.
I normally like to use the Happijac front tie downs for my camper. They are not available at this time for a 2022 Chevrolet. I had to use the torklift for this truck. They do work and I have no complaints. The only observation would be that you must remove the turn buckle to put fuel in my truck.

These Tie downs have been working as expected. 2022 Chevy 3500 Dually with running boards.
I ended up paying an auto shop to install them. It took them 1.5 hours. Since then, I have used the tie downs to haul my new camper from CO to OR with no issues. The removable arms are a huge plus for the low profile when not in use.
etrailer.com is great! They assisted wife and I with ordering the correct camper tie downs and they arrived fast and ready for us to do our part. Torklift also answered some of our questions prior to ordering and installation as well - very friendly and helpful. Read through the Torklift directions a couple of times and began installation. Caution - chase all nuts and bolts with tap and die to ensure smooth and easy threading once these are in place with fish wires and so on. There were some 'catchy' threads on some bolts and without the tap and die chase they would have given us some trouble tightening them down to torque specs. 4 hours to install front and back mounting brackets on a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Duramax crew cab running boards stop at back of cab. Once installed they look great and are tucked under the box bottom for clean lines and ease of access when needed. Great product and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of setup. PS we are not 'mechanics' yet the installation was still easy - we took our time.

Super, buy them you wont regret it!
I would give 5 stars for the site and service; I am only giving 4 stars because the prices are very high.
After installing the Super Hitch these camper tiedowns were a piece of cake.
My tiedowns were not labeled driver side and passenger side as indicated in the instructions, but etrailer has a video that shows this installation, so we were able to figure it out quickly. As stated in the video we "Did Not" have to lower the exhaust to install the passenger side. I was still able to get a Tork wrench on all three nuts and get them torqued to spec.
This is my third or fourth set. The reason is I buy a new truck every year or so. These are simply the best tie down for campers that money can buy. Thanks etrailer!!
Perfect fit! I have a 2021 eagle cap 1165 and had a 2008 lance 1181 both work perfect with tie-downs
Easy installation with the great instructions - functions as expected on 2021 GM 3500 DRW.
Great product, easy to follow instructions. etrailer was very responsive and helpful the entire purchase. I highly recommended
Called and talked to Greg to verify part numbers.
This is a brand new part to fit 2020 GMC 3500hd
Dually. I had on my door step a couple days later and installed this afternoon.
Very impressed with how stout the tie downs are
Thanks
These were originally on back order but came sooner than originally promised. They installed easily with no drilling on my 2021 Chevy 3500 crew cab dually. The 4 star rating is because they were slightly high and the insert rubbed my fenders. I added a 1/2 spacer between the bed and support arm and put in longer bolts and it worked perfect (I purchased these parts myself). Overall happy with the install.
Photos show the before and after I added the spacer.
Pros:
1. Excellent installation process. No drilling, No welding, No hammering, and no swearing.
2. They tuck up tight; out of site (almost) when the camper is off the truck.
3. They attach to the frame. This makes for a very solid ride experience.
Cons: NONE
Perfect fit for it's function every time. This was my second order and the instructions were clear and concise. Very solid build from the get go and no need to retorque.
I definitely recommend this company.
Even their customer service was outstanding.
Congratulations for your reliability.

Couldnt ask for anything better. I am using them on a regular basis. When not in use I remove, clean and store them in my garage. No rust issues and the brackets attached to the truck are just as solid as when I first torqued them to the trucks frame. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for proper camper tie-downs. PS: Their customer service, as always, I outstanding!
Keep in mind the parameters of the application these may be different on another vehicle. Camper is a Northern lite 9-6. Vehicle Chevy 3500 LB SRW 4x4. Post install, in my opinion. I’d feel my comfortable if the ‘FastGun’ tie downs were facing opposing directions. Currently attaching to the designated anchor points all four FG’s angle from the TorkFit anchor point BACK towards the NL camper’s anchor points. This positively prevents the 3600 LB. camper from rearward movement. However FOWARD movement can and has occurred. After a necessary sudden braking event I checked my clearances and discovered that forward movement did occur. About, one inch. My NL slid far enough forward that contact was made between the vehicle and the camper. Realignment was necessary. From an Engineers perspective: the best anchorage would be achieved with the anchoring devices (FastGuns, in my case) installed in opposing directions. In the future I will be placing blocks between the camper and the front of the truck bed to eliminate any forward movement.

I reached out to the manufacturer. They advised that they think it is a combination of the Northern light camper anchor point location being situated so far back on the camper and possibly the front of the camper not being all the way against the bulkhead of the bed if it is moving forward still. Otherwise, everything looks typical of a truck camper and truck installation. If it has any room to slide forward, it will in a sudden braking situation.

Jenny thanks for your reply and diligence in reaching out to TorkFit. The NL camper does have forward bumpers for abutting the bulkhead. However when bulkhead contact is made the body of the my 21 Silverado makes contact with the fiberglass body of the camper. The pressure from a recent ‘sudden stop’ and ‘slide forward’ created enough pressure to chip paint on the truck. The bumpers make contact with the bulkhead about 10”-12” above the bed-bulkhead connection. The 90* corner at bottom, this should be the strongest area. I will install stop chocks at future loadings. I’ll also attempt to possibly install the TorkFits in a more vertical position. Thanks.

You mentioned that you were curious as to why there are two tie down points on each arm. Really it is just to give two places to connect the turnbuckles to as to not interfere with anything on your truck. To pick whichever hole works best if a little wiggle room is needed.
