Is Lower Hitch Opening of Stealth Hitch Easy or Difficult to Remove

Question:
How easy is unlocking and switching out the receiver? Im older and dont want to have to lay on the ground to remove, plug, or replace.

Hey Mike, removing the lower hitch opening of the Stealth Hitch Hidden Hitch part # SH79GR that you referenced is actually pretty easy and would not require getting on the ground at all. It's really just a matter of twisting the release knob to allow it to install or remove. The plug that comes with it when not in use is also really easy to install and remove as well.

It does require one to kneel on the ground as the knob to turn is hidden under and behind the bumper and its cover. Its certainly not hard but you must unlock it by feel and then turn the knob. At that point the hitch will drop to the ground so don't have finger or toes below it.
