Hey Paul, welcome back! Yes, the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SS84VR will fit with your B&W Turnoverball installed. They're in roughly the same location but this replaces the factory bump stop and won't interfere with the gooseneck brackets. How did the SumoSprings work out on your F-350?

The sumos worked great on the dually due to the gooseneck being on rails that you can use to also mount a 5th wheel attachment and is welded to the frame so was out of the way, made the ride less bouncy and alittle smoothier while loaded. Now going to use these on the f250 since I need alittle extra support but need to fit around the gooseneck.
