Hey Tim, I can definitely help with that. The Pullrite 3300 works with industry standard 5th wheel rails, and we have exactly the kit you need for your 2019 Ram 2500. Assuming your truck does not have the OEM 5th wheel puck system, you will need the following:

- PullRite Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20K # PUL67RR

If your truck does have the factory puck system, the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099 is what you will need.
