Hey David. The Weigh Safe True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch item # WS49MR you were looking at, does indeed work with trailer frames up to 6" tall. If your trailer's frame ends up being taller than that you'll need to use the Weigh Safe True Tow Weight Distribution Bracket Kit item # WS89RR. This will work on frames up to 8" tall.
The Weigh Safe True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch item # WS49MR works with trailers that have up to a 1,850 lbs tongue weight. This system comes with a 2-5/16" hitch ball and a 2-1/2" shank with up to a 6" drop.
What kind of trailer do you have?
