Hey Bryan. To attach a bike rack to the tongue of your 2016 Forest River Vibe, I recommend the Lets Go Aero Jack-It TS TwinSpin Bike Rack for 2 Bikes item # LGA23VR. This bike rack is going to attach to the same pointing point your jack does. It will raise the bikes up over your jack and completely out of the way of your propane tanks.
The Lets Go Aero item # LGA23VR has a 40 lbs per bike capacity and works with tires up to 2-3/4". The carrier itself weighs only 38 lbs.
