Hi TJ!
The etrailer Round, Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate - Weld On - Sidewind - 15-1/2" Travel - 7K # TJP-7002S-B could be retro-fitted with a caster/skid wheel, like the Ultra-Fab Skid Wheels for Class C RVs up to 34' Long - 5" Diameter - Qty 2 # UF48-979012. There isn't a jack that mounts like this that comes with a wheel though.
What are you wanting to install this on?

Thank you for the reply. This is a good bit more than I wanted to spend. I currently have a home made dolly that I put the foot Of the jack onto. Thank you for the feedback.
