RAM Truck With Factory Gooseneck Hitch - How To Pull Keystone Montana 5th Wheel With It

Question:

I just bought a RAM with a factory gooseneck ball but my Montana fifth-wheel uses a king pin. Can I make those work together? 5th wheel is about 12k lbs.

Appreciate it! It’s a 2019 Montana 3120RL and I double-checked; it does have the Lippert 1116 box. Would the MR77MV work instead then?
