Hello D L; the Westin HDX Grille Guard # W32AQ will interfere with the front sensors and cameras on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 High Country . The only option that works with sensors and your front camera is the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Black Powder Coated Steel # W98RV. This has a cutout on the front for your camera. It also includes cables and plugs to extend your sensors to maintain that functionality. The only downside is polished steel isn't an option, it is only available in black.
