Troubleshooting Lippert 6-Point Leveling System Not Working And Giving Faults
Updated 10/30/2025 | Published 10/12/2025 >
Question:
I have a Brookstone 321rl and my 6 point leveling is not working properly. The Pannel inside gives me a fault and the left adjustment if flashing and will not allow any movement on the jacks I still have plenty of travel left in the jack travel and they stop with a fault before the center jacks start to extend. Any suggestions what could be causing this. Alan Walter

Hello Alan, thanks for reaching out. A few things you can try here. The first would be to reset your leveling system This can be done by pulling the power for at least 15 minutes. Also make sure your batteries are fully charged when you do this. Sometimes a reset will clear the faults and allow things to work. If this does not fix the issue, the most likely cause would be something causing a signal issue such as a open ground or a short circuit between the controller and the motor. Check your harness connections at the controller and the jacks. Look for any damage such as frayed or broken wires, as well as any loose grounds and repair/replace as needed.
If you can let me know what specific fault code you are seeing, I might be able to help troubleshoot in more detail.

Hey Alan, did resetting the leveling system on your Brookstone 321rl clear the fault and get the jacks moving again? If not, what fault code are you seeing now? Your update could make it easier for others dealing with the same issue.
