Can The Ball On The Weigh Safe Aero Hitch WS47MR Be Replaced Instead Of Using Clam Shell?

On the weight safe hitch can the ball be replaced/swapped with a 2-5/16 or 2” instead of using the clam shell? Thanks

Hello Brian, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, no, Weigh safe does not make another ball size for the Aero Hitch. You will need to use the clamshell.

No, this will not fit a weigh safe aero hitch. The shank diameter is too large. I just called weigh safe and they don't even make a 2 5/16" replacement ball for the aero hitch. They only offer the clam shell adapter.
