Question:

I haul a dump trailer with lunette ring loaded with gravel that pushes close to 13K. Is the WS59WR ok for that?

Chad, you’re right in the sweet spot. The adjustable Weigh Safe Pintle Hitch for 2" receivers # WS59WR is rated for 15,000 lbs GTW and 1,500 lbs tongue weight on the 2 inch shank. That covers your 13K loaded dump trailer without pushing the limits. The pintle setup is especially handy for heavy-duty loads like that.
