Hey Denise. So long as your 2023 Volvo XC90 Recharge has a 2" hitch like the Stealth Hitches item # SH27FR, the GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier item # HGK819 will definitely work.
Basically, if your Volvo has any brand 2" hitch, including the factory one, and it has at least a 350 lbs tongue weight capacity you'll be good to use this cargo carrier.
What kind of hitch do you have? I'll be happy to look up its capacity for you if you leave the information where it says Reply to Jerred H.
