Hi, Will the etrailer License Plate and LED Tail Light Mounting Kit for Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier Part Number: e98943-44LED fit this carrier? I have one from my last carrier, but it has rusted out after years of regular use. Thanks

Hi Amos!
We do have a light kit that will fit the 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 440 lbs # e54VV, but the brackets on the Light Mounting Kit # e98943-44LED are too large to fit between the slats on the cage if it was manufactured after Oct 2024 (the cage was changed after that date). You could modify them to make it fit, but I think you are better off using the following kit:
Light Kit for etrailer Hitch and RV Mounted Cargo Carriers # e67RV
This will actually fit a lot of different cargo carriers, so it's pretty versatile. Plus I prefer the style of the lights, but that's just me.
