Hello Jack, sure thing! We do offer a pre-grease hub that will fit your Dexter 3,500 lb axle. I recommend the following:
- Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K
This comes with the pre-greased hub, grease cap and lug nuts. The castle nuts are sold separately as part # 165686. The retainer nuts are part # 6-190.
What kind of trailer is this for?

Hey Jack, how did the pre-greased hub for your Dexter 3,500 lb axle work out? Did the castle nut and retainer fit the way you needed? Your update could make it easier for others working with the same axle setup.
