Hey Julie. For a coupler that fits a 2" wide trailer tongue, you'll need the Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler item # CT-3001-Z. It works with a 2" hitch ball and is compatible with the Replacement Extra Long Trailer Tongue for CE Smith Multi-Sport Trailers item # CES45FR, you were looking at.
The item # CT-3001-Z can be used to replace the coupler on a CE Smith Multi Sport Boat and Kayak Trailer w/ Bunks item # CE48810.
