Hello Dan, thanks for reaching out. Course Horse! Now there is a name I haven't heard in quite some time! I always liked the way it rolled off the tongue and reminded me of the Mr. Ed theme song haha.
Unfortunately, the Course Horse Hitch Mounted Golf Bag Carrier is an older product that is no longer made. It was discontinued back around 2018 I believe. We do, however, have a few other hitch mounted accessories that can be used to carry golf bags. You will just want to verify the size of your golf bag and the length of your longest clubs to make sure it will fit. Here are a couple popular options:
- Thule Arcos Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - 14 cu ft - 110 lbs # TH25YE (55-1/8" long x 20" wide x 17-5/16" tall internally)
- 23x47 Carpod Cargo Carrier w/ Sidewalls, Lid, and Bag - 2" Hitches - 450 lbs # M2200-01-02
Or you could simply use the Reese 60x24 Hitch Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # 63153, and then put the golf bags in a cargo bag like part # 988501. This would be the least expensive route. In my opinion the Thule Arcos # TH25YE would be the best option since it is lockable. Might be a challenge fitting two bags though.
How many golf bags do you need to carry? Two?
