Hello Jd, thanks for reaching out. We do carry the brakes and drums for a Dexter 3,500 lb axle. Take a look at the following:
- Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K
- etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # AKEBRK-35-SA
The hubs come with bearings, seals, races lug nuts and grease cap. The brakes are sold as a pair but we can do just a left or right side depending which one you need.
As far as the spindles, we do carry a few universal weld-on spindles, but we would not have a direct replacement for the Dexter torsion arm and spindle. Here is our 3,500 lb axle spindle:
- #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange for 3,500-lb Trailer Axle - 1-3/4" Diameter # TRU74FR
If you are needing a direct replacement for that spindle, I suggest you reach out directly to Dexter.

Hey JD, did the hub and drum assembly or the electric brakes work out for your TrailManor? I'm asking because your experience could help others facing similar issues.
