Different Suspension Hangers for Grand Design Reflection 29RS

Question:

I need a leaf spring hanger for my GD 2018 Reflection 29RS. The original are 1/4 inch steel. Is there a hanger available of 3/8 steel. I have broken this hanger twice!

Hey Peter, what hanger dimensions do you need? What height from the mounting surface does the bolt hole need to be? With that I can see if we have a thicker gauge steel hanger option.

The hanger is 3” x4 3/4”. The hole is about 4 “ from the top. Do you have that size?

@PeterC I wish we could help but none of the hangers we offer are the correct dimension and thickness as you are needing. Thickest we have is 1/4 inch.

@JamesonC You misundestood the dimensions. It is 3 x 4 3/4. Hole is 4 in from top. Your item e4139 seems to match that size. It is not 3/4 thick. Do you have a piece to strength that hanger?

@PeterC Sorry about the confusion on that. The thickness of the hanger part # e4139 that you referenced is actually thinner at 3/16 of an inch. We don't have anything here that would work to brace it up further. If you go to the product pictures and click the third customer photo you can see how one of our customers added some metal to brace it up a little more. If I could upload pictures in comments I would.
