Looking For Dimensions On Foot Lever On etrailer Square Jack TJDDP-20000SP-F

Question:

Based on an etrailer answer from 02/21/24 regarding a replacement foot lever for the TJDDP-20000-F jack, if it is available for purchase now, what is the part number? If it is not yet available, in order to rebuild a foot lever, can you please tell me what the following two dimensions are on the TJDDP-20000-F refer to the attached etrailer picture: 1. What is the diameter of the pin that the foot lever is attached to just the diameter of the pin itself? 2. What is the diameter of the foot lever itself how thick is it? Thanks, Steve

Hey Steve, thanks for reaching out. Typically I would just run out to our warehouse and get the measurements you need, but sadly, these etrailer Square Jacks # TJDDP-20000SP-F are not in stock at the moment. It is looking like we should have more stock coming in 4-5 weeks.

I am not seeing we offer a replacement foot lever for this, but I am happy to provide the measurements you requested. As soon as we get more in stock I will measure and post back in here with my findings.

Jesse, when you measure the foot lever pin diameter and the foot lever diameter itself, can you possibly measure the length of the pin, too. I want to make sure that the pin is long enough, but not excessive. Thanks. Steve.

Jesse, I am ready to rebuild the foot lever for this TJDDP-20000SP-F. In August, you said that you would be getting more jacks in in October. If the jacks came in, can you please tell me what the following dimensions are regarding the foot lever? 1. What is the diameter of the pin that the foot lever is attached to? 2. What is the diameter of the foot lever itself (how thick is it)? 3. What is the overall length of the pin, too? Thanks, Steve

@SteveM Hey Steve, hope you are doing well. The # TJDDP-20000SP-F jacks are finally in stock and I just went down and measured one. Here are the measurements you requested: 1. Diameter of pin foot lever is attached to is 1". 2. Foot lever is 0.36" in diameter 3. Overall length of pin foot lever is attached to is about 7.5" The U-shaped part of the foot lever is about 6-1/4" wide. Where it attaches to the other pin it is about 6-1/2"-6-3/4" wide.
