I have a Yakima Ridgeback 4 that seems to be older than the 2016 models The release tabs on the cradles are Gray - see photos - What parts do I need to replace these?

Hi Brad; your original cradles were discontinued by Yakima but they can be replaced using the # Y68SJ and # Y78SJ.

Thanks Robin. Should I be concerned that the product description in those products say they fit bike racks manufactured in 2020 and newer if mine is older?

@BradA I reached out directly to our dealer contact at Yakima and they told me these would fit your rack so I trust they will. We actually didn't have these on the site so I went ahead and added them.

Hi Brian; the only difference between the #8880598 and #Y43KV is the color. Both fit a 1-5/16" diameter tube and have the SuperCush cradle with the ZipStrip straps. The #8880598 is black and gray and the #Y43KV is all black.
