Could you install the safety railing on to a brick surface? A brick house instead of a RV or camper?

Hi Amanda!

There is no reason you couldn't install the MORryde Safe-T-Rail Telescoping RV Hand Rail # MR54BR into a brick surface/wall. But, you will need to go to a local hardware store to get anchors and possibly different hardware to accomplish it. We don't have anything like that since there aren't any campers or RVs that I am aware of that have brick walls. : P

This is an interesting idea and would like to see the result if you end up using it!

Out of curiosity, why not just use a more standard railing type thing?

Hey Amanda, did you get a chance to try installing the railing on your brick house? I'm curious to know how it turned out and if the anchors and hardware from the store worked well for you. Your experience could be really helpful for others considering a similar project!
