Rebuilding my used Stowmaster 5000. Noticed the inner arms are different lengths. Is it correct the shorter one is the right or passenger side? Thanks

Yes, that is correct. The right arm should be longer on the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar item # RM-501. I have listed the replacement arm options below:
