Do the Quick Disconnect Padlocks Work the Same Way as a Regular Padlock

What exactly does quick disconnect mean? Do I still need the key to unlock the smaller padlocks or is there a button or something?

Quick Disconnects in this case is referring to Roadmaster Quick Disconnects # RM-201. It has nothing to do with the operation of the locks themselves, it refers to what they are made to fit.
All 3 of the locks work the same just like any other padlock.
