Can I Power Everchill RV Mini Fridge Off A Bluetti EB70 Power Station?

Question:

I’ve got a Bluetti EB70 power station. Can I run this fridge from it?

Not reliably, Tracy. The Everchill fridges like 4.5 cu ft # EV96RR and 3.3 cu ft # EV66RR typically require up to 15 amps for startup and defrost, and the EB70 power stations 12V output is rated for 10 amps max.

You might get it to run for a bit, but it could trigger an overload and shut off. You’ll want a power source with a regulated 12V output rated for 15A continuous to run this fridge safely.

That said, you could utilize the power stations 120v output with an AC to DC converter which could then power the Everchill.

Hey Tracy, did you try using the AC to DC converter with your Bluetti EB70 to power the Everchill fridge? I'm curious to know if it worked out for you, as it could help others in a similar situation!
