Does eTrailer offer any other option of rims for this product? Something with a little black on the rims?

Hello Mark. Black is the best color, and I do have an option for you, but as far as the 225/75-15 tire/wheel combos, we do not offer anything other than plain white or silver wheels.
That said, if you were to purchase a tire and wheel separately, there are a lot more wheel options that I think you may like. The tire by itself is part # AM1ST96. I will list some wheel options for you to look at below:
