Question:

Hi, you have a few conflicting answers about using the Yakima Tonneau adapter Y01155 with the Truxedo Elevate TH65FR. Could you clarify if these work together? I bought a pickup 2017 Silverado 3500 with 6.5foot bed with the Truxedo Sentry CS and I already own the Yakima Outpost racks. Hoping those two parts can get me running.

Hello Ross, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Yakima Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit # Y01155 will work together with the TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System # TH65FR. We have actually had a few customers report back to us that these parts do work together. So if you already have the OutPost rack and Centry cover those two parts are exactly what you would need.

Do you have any pictures of this set up with a roll up tonneau? The Yakima landing pads seem a little cramped, once the roll is past it they last down ok but the uprights are angled towards the bed of the truck so a hard tonneau roll doesn't really fit between them. I'm not sure how I can send a picture.

@Ross I am not seeing we have any pictures of those parts being used together. I have heard of this problem with certain folding tonneau covers but usually with the roll up covers it is still possible to get the tonneau roll past the uprights, or at least enough to still be able to get inside the bed. There is no way to add pictures to the comments on here, but you can always email those to me. Not sure I will be able to offer a fix for the way things fit together but I am happy to take a look.
