Well that's annoying, Catherine. Some people are just the worst. : (
We have your back though. The threading on the Malone Spare Tire Carrier # MAL33FR measures a pretty standard 1/2"-20, so there are a few ways to proceed.
If you just wanted some lug nuts to keep the wheel in place, you could use the CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - 1/2" # CE11051, but would need two of them as they are cold individually. If you wanted to lock the wheel in place, the Redline Wheel Lock Set for 1/2" Wheel Bolts # RG01-150 includes two locks and one key, but you may need to add some spacers or trim the ends of the u-bolt down a little to allow the locks to be tightened down all the way.
One thing I should also point out is that the brackets are actually threaded. If you still have them, they will thread directly onto the u-bolt and nuts will not be needed. If those brackets are gone though, you will want to use one of the options I listed.
Are these what is missing?

Hey Catherine, how did it go with replacing the nuts for your spare tire brackets? Did the lug nuts or the wheel lock set work out for you? I'm curious to know because it could really help others in a similar situation.
