The Rhino Rack Spare Tire Carrier # RSWH will indeed fit their Pioneer Platform racks. It actually fits Pioneer Platforms, Pioneer Trays, Pioneer Elevations, and Alloy Trays. I am not sure why our page only says Alloy Trays (I will see about getting that updated).
Do you already have a Pioneer Platform installed? If not, what is the year, make, and model of your vehicle?
