Question:
2017 ram 2500 diesel. Need extended hitch but only comes up for ford superduty when I enter my vehicle data. Are these the same hitch for both trucks?

Hi Alex; are you specifically looking for the TorkLift extension? The # TLE1636 is designed for the factory 3" receiver on Ford trucks. Do you have the TorkLift SuperHitch # TLD1109 on your Ram? If you do, the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers - 36" Long # TLE1536 will fit. You will also want to pick up the TorkLift Wiring Harness Extension for 36" SuperTruss or Cannon Hitch Extender # TLW6036.
If you have a different hitch let me know, along with the receiver size, and I'll see what is available in a similar length.
