Hi Tony!
I did a lot of searching for the lid to that fits your Shurflo Polar-Aire 1, but came up dry. It looks like these were discontinued quite some time ago and the replacement bits are gone, unfortunately. Unless you are able to locate one somewhere, the only option I am seeing is a full replacement. Especially with the unique design of the hinge on the lid.
I was able to find a service manual for Shurflo though, so I do have a good idea of what you would need if you decide to go with a full replacement.
Manual Lift:
MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Manual Lift - 4 Speed - White # MA00-04002K
Power Lift:
MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke # MA00-04500K
Either of these options will fit into the same hole you already have and are reversable (exhaust or intake).
However, if you don't mind enlarging the hole this would install in, the Hike Crew RV Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan & LED - Thermostat - Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - 16" # SAR27GR is a less expensive option than the above two. It fits a 16" hole, so you would need to widen what you have by 2". It has all the same features of the above two, but also has a remote for controlling it. Honestly, this is probably the way I would go.
