Replacement Trailer Hub/Drum to Replace Dexter Marked with 8-246

Question:
I bought a wheel dexter wheel drum 8-246 it also has another code MT1. The part Im replacing has a MT2 stamped on it. Is thier a difference in these parts?

Hey Mitchell, there isn't a difference between the two hubs you mentioned. If the hub you had has an 8-246 on it like the part # K08-426-91 does the numbers and letters after that would not matter and the new hub will fit and work great as it's same thing.
