Can Mount of Buyers Products RV Backup Camera System part # 3378883000 Be Above Screen

Question:
I am looking at the Buyers Products RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 7 Screen Part Number: 3378883000 to use as an observation camera like a rear-view mirror on my 37’ motorhome. I currently have a rear camera mounted in the dash that I have aimed at the towbar and the front of the tow vehicle. I want a second camera so that I can see traffic further behind the motorhome. I want to mount the monitor below the front TV above the dashboard. Can this monitor be mounted with the mounting bracket facing up rather than down as it would be for a dashboard mount?

Hey Tom, yes the mounting bracket of the Buyers Products RV Backup Camera System part # 3378883000 would allow you to invert the mount like you asked about so that it would be above the screen.
