Bearing Kit that Fits 2023 Grand Design 390rk with 8k Axles

Updated 09/03/2025 | Published 06/21/2025

Question:

Hello, I’m in need of assistance for bearings on my 5th wheel. I’m looking to have a few sets of bearings on hand in the event I need them. The 5th wheel is a 2023 grand design 390rk. I have a picture of the axle tag but I’m not sure which info you would need. It doesn’t look like I can attach a photo here. Would you be able to point me in the direction of the info that’s needed to make sure I can get the correct parts? I would appreciate it very much. Tom

Hey Tom, all I really need to know to pick out the correct bearings would be the axle capacity of your 2023 Grand Design 390RK. Since we happen to already know you have 8k axles the correct bearing kit would be the # DX38ER which comes with new bearings, races, and a seal. Have you had bearings go out while on a trip?

@Tom Perfect! You' just need the part # BK3-210 instead. Reading that info I am not sure I see 7k though?

Hello, I am looking to carry an extra set of bearings and seals for my 2024 Grand Design Influence 2903RL fifth wheel when I travel. The trailer axles I have are Dexter with a trailer axle rating of 7k. Can you tell me what bearings and seal kit I will need for my trailer. Please let me know if there is additional information you’ll need to assist in ordering the correct bearing kit. Thank you
