Question:

Hi, could you give me some suggestions on weight distribution hitches for my 05 seinna w/ tow package. Ill be hauling a rockwood a213hw a frame camper. Dry weight is about 2500 lbs. Im worried about the clearance for some of the low hanging models.

Hey Josh, thanks for reaching out!

I recommend picking up the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37060ET because it uses trunnion bars that sit a little higher, and it has the perfect capacity rating for your trailer. You'll need a thin-walled socket like part # EQ70-00-4800 to install the hitch ball, but this system does come with everything else you need to get it set up.

I definitely can see your hesitation in using a weight distribution system though - my wife and I also have a minivan (Chrysler Town and Country) and I have to be conscious about the height as well.

Good luck! Do you have all that you need to tow the trailer?

Hey Josh, did the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System work out for your setup with the Rockwood camper? I'm asking because your experience could really help others in a similar situation.
