What is Height of Timbren Kit # TJRJK for 2023 Jeep Wrangler

Question:

23 Jeep JLU Willys XR with additional lift. Looking to add a Timbren TJRJK to the rear. I want to get the part and needed spacers at the same time. So my question is, how tall is this part not counting the part in the cup? How much sticks out? I can take it from there to determine the amount of spacers needed. Thanks.

Hey Paul, so the overall height of Timbren kit part # TJRJK that you referenced is 4-1/4 inches. So you can use that dimension to come up with the amount of spacer needed or if you let me know the size of your lift I can figure it out from there as well. Is this a factory lift or is it aftermarket?

Ok, so using this 4.25" measurement and crawling under my Jeep with a tape measure, I'll have 1.5" of clearance with just the TJRJK and the axle bump pad. So I ordered the part, and two 1" spacers, and two 0.5" spacers. I'll try it with the 0.5" spacer and then the 1" spacer and see which one I like the best. It looks like there may be a delay in getting the 1" spacer (the TJRJK and the 0.5" spacer are in stock according to your website). Please don't hold up the order waiting for the 1" spacer. Send what you've got now (I've got a trip coming up soon) and ship the 1" spacer later. Thanks.

@PaulD That's a good plan to try both spacers. Sometimes a little more support is what's needed with all of the spacers and other times it can make the ride a little too harsh.
