Hi. Can this bike rack accomodate a bike with fenders?

Hello Julie,

It would all depend on where your fenders sit.

Most of the front fenders are short enough for the Hollywood Racks Crosstrack Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitch - FREE Loading Ramp # HLY36RR (promo part number for limited time) to work, but most of the back fenders are too long for it to work. I attached an image of a bike installed on the rack, so you can see where the mounts need to sit on the wheels in order for the bike to be stable.

If you the fenders are going to be in the way, we also have the Benton LittleShift Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 2" Hitches - Wheel or Frame Mount # B54VR which will work great with fenders because it can be a frame mount, or a wheel mount. Only downfall is that it does not have a ramp.

Do you think that the Hollywood will work with your fenders?

Hey Julie, did you find that the Hollywood bike rack worked with your fenders, or did you decide to go with the Benton LittleShift instead? I'm curious to know what worked for you, as it could help others with similar bikes.
