Question:
I am looking for a disc brake set up for a 3,500 lb. axle w/ a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. I cant seem to find one on your website.

That's because we do not have one and I am not sure of anyone who does make one for a 5 on 5 bolt pattern.
My only solution is to find you a compatible set that has a modern 5 on 4-1/2 lug pattern like item # DE66YR and then get you some new wheels. If you are interested in this I would need the part numbers stamped onto the bearings inside one of your hubs.
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.
